And yeah, they are gravely threatened by the Internet's challenge to their monopoly on the flow of information. Freedom of speech/the press won't survive another Democrat Congress. Though initially it will probably sneak in in the form of some "compromise." And only to curb "hate" speech, of course.

Speaking of Rand's father, it looks like Ron Paul will have his chance to audit the Fed. Could prove quite interesting.Hank Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01241805904517893443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6161526002238586054.post-25689942315255702612010-12-09T23:20:21.237-05:002010-12-09T23:20:21.237-05:00Hell, when I was discharged from the Army in March...Hell, when I was discharged from the Army in March I drove home from Tennessee to New York and saw every other yard in Kentucky with a Rand Paul sign on it. I knew it was a done deal, even with the media throwing every dirty trick in the book at him. I'm glad he won, while he isn't exactly his father, he is standing his ground pretty well and not selling out. That is how much credibility the press has bled over the last 5-10 years...when they criticize someone people see that as a good sign, it makes them think this guy is the real deal because they know the press only supports stooges and patsies. This helps us understand why they want to censor, I mean regulate, the internet so badly.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6161526002238586054.post-6086435960295917392010-12-09T22:09:11.519-05:002010-12-09T22:09:11.519-05:00Yeah. You know they can't possibly have anything intelligent to offer if that's the only play in their book.

What the tagging bandit is doing is called "bearing false witness" in the Torah, BTW.

Oh yeah, unless there's a colossal coincidence here, the same individual voted "not helpful" on the Amazon reviews, too, and I forgot there was also a "racism" tag. I almost left that one in because racism plays a part in the story. It's one of Gunny Mai's problems, and it's also all over the Arabs' attitude toward the black Sudanese.

Good point about Rand Paul. It's nice to see the influence of the DNC strategists...oops, I mean the "mainstream" media...is dwindling in some parts of the country.Hank Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01241805904517893443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6161526002238586054.post-39204848050060015192010-12-09T16:38:18.704-05:002010-12-09T16:38:18.704-05:00Wow, that is ridicules. I thought "Hell and ...Wow, that is ridicules. I thought "Hell and Gone" came from a pro-Israel point of view. Christianity is not really mentioned in the book accept in regards to the Christian militias in Southern Sudan, which of course is a not "christian identity". Obviously, someone is a on a phishing expedition. Who knows why?

The only good thing about the race card is, as you said, that it doesn't really work any more. You can't just get up on a soapbox and cry racist just because someone disagrees with you. People (especially young people) see this from a mile away. The deal with Rand Paul was a perfect example.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6161526002238586054.post-72823090889925717752010-12-08T22:07:54.327-05:002010-12-08T22:07:54.327-05:00The scumbags are at it again. Sure enough--I just found Hell & Gone tagged with "anti-semitic" (what a joke), "militia" and "christian identity." If I remember right, the latter has little to do with Christianity but is a synonym for white supremacists or white separatists.

So either this is a random coincidence, or this idiot caught my blog on Amazon's Author Central and decided I need to be censored, too.Hank Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01241805904517893443noreply@blogger.com
